You can see the detail history and status how it goes in Boot Time Defrag tab. The Boot Time Defrag optimizes the boot performance by defraging page files, hibernation files, or even Master File Table, when it’s enabled. Maybe, but I probably will still leave it manually and run it when really needed. I am not sure if it’s a good idea or not having a disk defragment running non-stop automatically. For this particular disk listed above, I do really need to run the defragment to get the better performance out of it. The more red blocks you see, the more fragment your disk is. The State tab displays the current selected disk’s defragment status.
