I was pleasantly pleased with the author’s comments on computers and robots not taking over the world. “The most contrarian thing of all is not to oppose the crowd but to think for yourself.” There is a lot of commentary about not thinking inside a box. That is where the sustainability happens. One important thing: focus on your employees and your customers - not your wallet. Some really good points in this book, absolutely, but one must always remember, these are opinions, valid, but not everything said here should be taken as golden standard.
